A drill coulter stacked with soil sensing technology to detect and map organic matter, soil moisture, temperature and furrow residue on a row by row basis, to vary seed and fertiliser application across a field to help even up emergence and optimise crop yields.

How it works

Fitted on each coulter, smart drills enable real-time collection of soil condition data via optical & thermal sensors. Information can then be used to vary seed rate, seeding depth, fertiliser rate or even crop variety in real time to suit specific field areas.
